  • 2 filet mignon steaks
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoon butter

Instruktioner 

  1. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steaks and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Add garlic, rosemary, and butter to the skillet.
  5. Baste steaks with butter and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
