Ingredienser 

Tart Base

  • 200 g Butter cold and cubed
  • 300 g Flour
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 pc Egg beaten

Filling

  • 500 g Apples peeled and sliced
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Instruktioner 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. Add the cold, cubed butter and rub it into the flour mixture until it resembles breadcrumbs.
  3. Add the beaten egg and mix until the dough comes together. Press the dough into a tart pan and chill for 15 minutes.
  4. Arrange the sliced apples on the tart base. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the apples are tender and the crust is golden brown.
