Cheesecake Ingredients
- 200 g Digestive biscuits crushed
- 100 g Butter melted
- 300 g Cream cheese
- 100 g Powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 200 ml Heavy cream whipped
- 100 g Fresh berries for topping
1. Mix the crushed digestive biscuits with melted butter. Divide the mixture evenly among the serving glasses and press down to form a base.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
4. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit base in the glasses.
5. Top with fresh berries and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
