  • 500 g Fresh Fish (e.g., cod, tilapia) cubed
  • 1 Red Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Cucumber diced
  • 2 Tomatoes diced
  • 1 Chili Pepper finely chopped
  • 1 bunch Cilantro chopped
  • 4 Limes juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instruktioner 

  1. 1. Place the cubed fish in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Add the lime juice and mix well. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the chopped red onion, cucumber, tomatoes, chili pepper, and cilantro. Mix well.
  4. 4. Season with salt and mix again.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for later.
