Main Ingredients
- 500 g Salted cod soaked overnight
- 500 g Potatoes peeled and diced
- 200 ml Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 100 ml Milk warmed
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Soak the salted cod overnight in cold water, changing the water several times.
2. Boil the potatoes until tender, then drain.
3. In a pot, simmer the soaked cod for about 10 minutes. Drain and flake the fish.
4. In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
5. In a blender, combine the potatoes, flaked cod, garlic, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
6. Gradually add the warm milk to the mixture, blending until creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
