- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1. Put the plums, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the plums are soft and the mixture thickens, about 20 minutes.
3. Let the compote cool before serving.
