- 1 medium Cauliflower head
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cut the cauliflower into florets.
Pulse the florets in a food processor until they resemble rice grains.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the cauliflower rice and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper.
