Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Bakskuld (dried and smoked flatfish)
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 lemon Lemon cut into wedges
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place the bakskuld on a baking sheet.
Brush the fish with melted butter.
Bake for 20 minutes until crispy.
Serve with lemon wedges.
