Ingredienser 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Duck about 2-3 kg
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 whole Apples quartered
  • 10 whole Prunes pitted

Instruktioner 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Rinse the duck and pat it dry.
  3. Rub the duck inside and out with salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff the duck with apples and prunes.
  5. Place the duck in a roasting pan and roast for about 3 hours, basting occasionally.
  6. Let the duck rest for 15 minutes before carving.
