Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Duck about 2-3 kg
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 whole Apples quartered
- 10 whole Prunes pitted
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Rinse the duck and pat it dry.
Rub the duck inside and out with salt and pepper.
Stuff the duck with apples and prunes.
Place the duck in a roasting pan and roast for about 3 hours, basting occasionally.
Let the duck rest for 15 minutes before carving.
