Main Ingredients
- 6 pcs Apples peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon Cloves
- 1 cup Water
1. Put apples and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer until apples are soft, about 20 minutes.
3. Blend the mixture until smooth.
4. Return the mixture to the saucepan, add sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
5. Simmer on low heat, stirring frequently, until thickened, about 25 minutes.
